If you take any other person serious, no matter, which age, sex, race, etc., than you love him!
Your bodily, mental and emotional well-being is a very sure signpost for your making progresses or steps backwards.
If you take serious exactly the same way plants, animals, the earth with all facets and include in your considerations their needs, than you love!
And if you love all My visible and invisible, ugly and beautiful, gentle and dangerous beings, then you love Me!
